Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is a five-member body appointed by the Town Board to hear and decide appeals, interpret the Zoning Ordinance, and to approve or deny variances. Another responsibility of the ZBA is to provide an appeal mechanism for property owners who believe that the Town administration has made an error in interpreting the zoning ordinance.
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the second Wednesday of each month. Meetings are open to the public and are held at the Ledgeview Town Office (3700 Dickinson Road).
Four seats expire 03/27/2020, three seats expire 03/27/2021.
