Ledgeview is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the Zoning Administrator. The Zoning Administrator is responsible, under general direction for some of the following key items: performs work of moderate difficulty in the preparation and review of rezoning, conditional use permits, planning studies and projects; provides technical expertise to the Zoning and Planning Commission in short-term and long range planning, ordinance adoption, zoning control decision making and site plan review and approval; provides technical assistance to the Zoning Board of Appeals and Zoning and Planning Commission; provides planning/zoning assistance to the citizens of Ledgeview. This position works closely with the Town Administrator and applicable Town departments in the development of Town policy and administration related to zoning in Ledgeview.
