The purpose of the Personnel Committee of the Town of Ledgeview is to oversee the policies relating to the Town of Ledgeview’s employees. The Personnel Committee will address wage/salary and benefit plans, employee grievances, review of disciplinary actions and personnel policies.
The Personnel Committee shall consist of (5) five members as appointed annually by the Ledgeview Chairperson. The Committee shall select a Chairperson and a Recording Secretary. The Clerk/Administrator, who’s position shall be a non-voting member, shall also be a Personnel Committee member.
