A comprehensive plan is an official public document adopted by ordinance by the local government that sets forth its major policies concerning the future physical developmetn of the community. The primary purposes of this plan are to generage goals for attaining a desirable development pattern, devise strategies and recommendations the Town can follow to achieve its desired development pattern, and meet the requirements of the State of Wisconsin Comprehensive Planning Law.
The Town of Ledgeview Comprehensive Plan should be used by Town officials when revising and administering its zoning and other ordinances. The plan should be the basis for siting future developments and extending public services. The plan is designed to be a guiding vision so that there is a consistent policy to follow and a clear goal for the future for the residents of Ledgeview.
We've developed a document that provides a nice overview of some Ledgeview development opportunities.
