Clerk/Deputy Clerk

The Office of Clerk/Deputy Clerk is responsible for many activities for the town. Listed below are some of those functions:

Voter Registration & Elections

Town residents vote that the Town Office, 3700 Dickinson Road (Wards 1-10).  Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8p.m.
 
You must register before you can vote in the Town of Ledgeview.  This can be done prior to the election at the Town Office, or on election day at the polls.  You will need one form of identification (driver’s license, checkbook, telephone bill, etc.) with your current Ledgeview address.  In order to register and vote, you must have resided in Ledgeview for at least (28) twenty eight days prior to the election.
              
If you will be out of Ledgeview for an election, you may vote absentee ballot.  For more information on elections, polling places, or voting by absentee ballot, please contact the Deputy Clerk at 336-3360, ext 104.
