Project Updates for week of September 21, 2020

Scray Hill Road Project

Curb and gutter is being placed and will be completed the week of September 21.  The contractor will then begin the sidewalk and driveway aprons.

During the curb and gutter installation, you will not be able to access your driveway once the curb and gutter is poured for about 5-7 days.  The contractor will notify you about 24 hours prior to this occurring.   You will have to park on a side street or Scray Hill Road at night once the work is completed past your driveway. Once the concrete has cured sufficiently the contractor will ramp gravel over the curb so you can access your driveway.  When the sidewalk and driveway apron are poured you will need to park on the street again.  We will notify you again when this will occur.

Anticipated project competition date is late October, weather permitting.

Bower Creek Road and Red Hawk Landing Subdivision

Phase 2 has been paved for Red Hawk Landing.   Contractor is pouring sidewalk in various areas of Red Hawk Landing and will then move out to Bower Creek Road to finish the sidewalk and driveway aprons in the area that has curb and gutter.

Bower Creek just north of CTH G, contractor is installing storm sewer.   Once storm sewer is completed, they will begin grading for the roadway with curb and gutter following.

Anticipated project competition date is late October, weather permitting.
