Early / Absentee Voting

Spring Election April 2, 2019

To vote absentee you must:

  • Be a registered voter with the Town of Ledgeview
  • Have your photo ID must be on file with the Town of Ledgeview

All absentee ballot requests must be received by 5:o0 PM on Thursday, March 28th, in order to receive a ballot by mail.

In-person absentee/early voting is March 12th – March 29th at 5:00 PM

There is no election activity on Monday, April 1st

Four ways to request an absentee ballot:

  • On-line: At MyVoteWisconsin
  • By e-mail: You may  e-mail a request for an absentee ballot to cnagel@ledgeviewwisconsin.com.
    • The e-mail must include the following information:  Full Name, Date of Birth, Ledgeview Voting Address, Address to send the ballot to.
    • Your Photo ID must be on file to mail the ballot. Simply attach a picture or scan of your Photo ID to the e-mail.
    • Absentee ballots will begin to be mailed as soon as they are available mid-September for those who have valid applications on file.
    • Applications received on or after the deadline will not be recognized.
  • By mail:  If you wish to submit an absentee ballot by mail, please follow the directions below.
    • Print off and complete an Wisconsin Application for Absentee Ballot
    • Be sure to sign and date the application
    • Your Photo ID must be on file in order to receive a ballot by mail
    • Mail or drop off:  Town of Ledgeview Community Center, 3700 Dickinson Road, De Pere, WI  54115. The Application must be received prior to March 28th.  Applications received after will not be recognized.
  • In person:  The Town Office will be staffed for early/in-person absentee voting.
    • Dates for In-Person Absentee Voting for the April 2, 2019 Spring Election
      • March 12 – March 29
      • Location:  Community Center, 3700 Dickinson Road, De Pere, WI  54115
      • Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 PM
        Friday, March 29th,  the office will be open for Early Voting 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
