2020 Fox-Wolf Watershed Cleanup
Saturday, August 22, 2020

REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

What is a Watershed Cleanup?

Each year hundreds of volunteers visit one of 60+ sites coordinated throughout our watershed to remove garbage and debris. Our annual cleanup aims to build a sense of community and increase understanding of the environmental stewardship necessary to improve water quality in our region.

What do volunteers do?

Volunteers start the morning checking in with their Site Leader at their chosen sites. Volunteers then grab their supplies, spread out, and clean up their site.

There are 60+ cleanup sites located along the Fox River, the Wolf River, Lake Butte des Morts, and Lake Winnebago.

Can’t help physically? Financial donations are also accepted.

New this year!

Funds raised will support the Watershed Cleanup Expenses and our Stormwater Outreach and Education Program. This program provides watershed education for grades K-12, exhibits at community events and hosts community learning events through our Fox River On Tap Series.
