Parks & Recreation
Outdoor recreation and open spaces lend form and function to the Town of Ledgeview, enhancing the attractiveness and sense of civic pride in the Town. The provision of areas, facilities, and activities to accommodate public recreational needs have long been demonstrated to promote the general health, welfare and safety of our communities, residents and visitors.
The Ledgeview Park Committee has designated a Memorial Area within Ledgeview Park. As a living tribute and to honor loved ones, a tree can be planted. Choices of four different types of trees are available for purchase:
In addition, a personalized plaque mounted on ledge stone can be purchased. The Memorial area is located to the northeast, left of the East River Trail between the soccer field and the tributary of the East River.
Anyone interested in a tree and/or a plaque is asked to contact the Ledgeview Town Hall.(920)336-3360
“Remember me in the family tree. Although we are apart, your spirit lives within me, forever in my heart.”
