OLD BUSINESS:

1.Update from members who attended previous months Town Board meetings.
2.Planning for 2012 Ledgeview Park spring cleanup.
3. Continue discussion for need to update expiring 2012 Park and Recreation Plan.
4. Tree planting and signage.

Ledgeview Park Committee Meeting Minutes
February 16, 2012

Call to Order
The Ledgeview Park Committee meeting was held at 6:30 p.m. on February 16, 2012 at the Ledgeview Fire Station #2. In attendance for the park committee were Cliff Holl, Mary Beth Ryan Jeff Jorgensen, and Mark Olsen.

Old Business
The committee reviewed the minutes from the last meeting to determine what open items needed immediate attention by the group. We will discuss the following with the Town for further direction:
1. Expiring Park and Recreation Plan, need to create a new, updated 5 year plan.
2. Placement of donated trees from the Packers
3. Open need for signage to parks
 

New Business
We plan to once again work with the De Pere High School and perhaps Cub/Boy Scouts in the annual spring cleaning of Ledgeview Park.
The list of meeting dates in 2012 is as follows, all meetings to be held at Ledgeview Fire Station #2 starting at 6:30 pm unless posted otherwise.

March 15th, April 19th, May 17th, June 21st,  July 19th,  August 16th,  September 20th,  October 18th,  November 15th,  December –No Meeting

There being no other business to come before the committee, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
