While Ledgeview has been around for a number of years, it is growing at a rapid rate and many people are still not aware of the many things that Ledgeview has to offer. Best known for the ledge and a spectacular view, it goes well beyond that and the goal with the rebranding effort is to communicate the other offerings.

A new logo has been developed to reflect the progressive mindset and show people that Ledgeview is an ideal location to work, live and play. The logo has been developed based on research and interviews of current residents and business owners. Designed with the mindset that as Ledgeview grows, the promise will stay the same. "Set your sights high" is the proposed tagline and speaks to the opportunities of Ledgeview from both a residential and commercial perspective. As with the logo, the tagline will be able to grow with Ledgeview.
